AbdulAziz Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, son of former APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has entered the race for the House of Representatives seat representing Dawakin Tofa/Tofa/Rimin Gado Federal Constituency in Kano State.
AbdulAziz picked his nomination form under the New Democratic Coalition (NDC), marking a significant political shift from his family’s traditional alignment with the All Progressives Congress.
The move follows his reported defection to the political camp of former Kano State governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a development seen as a major twist in the state’s political dynamics.
In a viral video circulating online, AbdulAziz was seen outlining his political ambition and engagement with Kwankwaso, signalling his alignment with the former governor’s growing political base.
