A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engineer Kayode Ojo, has urged Nigerians to rally behind President Bola Tinubu for Nigeria to realize her full potential.
Engineer Ojo, a 2026 APC governorship aspirant and founder, EKO Movement For PBAT’27 argued that the foundation for sustainable development has been laid, adding that the next phase would be defined by consolidation and delivery.
Ojo, therefore, congratulated President Tinubu on the successful completion of three years in office, describing the period as “ a focused leadership, impactful reforms, and courageous decision-making”.
Ojo, in a statement, noted that President Tinubu assumed office at a critical juncture in Nigeria’s history and made bold choices that were necessary to reposition the economy for long-term growth.
The APC guber hopeful also posited that leadership was not about taking the easy path ,but about making choices that secure the future even when they are painful in the present.
“Three years ago, President Tinubu inherited an economy burdened by unsustainable subsidies, multiple exchange rates, and low investor confidence.
His administration’s willingness to take difficult but necessary decisions has set Nigeria on a new trajectory of fiscal discipline, policy clarity, and structural reform,” Engr. Ojo stated.
He noted that the administration’s reforms in the oil and gas sector, unification of the foreign exchange market, tax and fiscal policies, and renewed focus on infrastructure and social investment have begun to yield positive results.
“Leadership is not about taking the easy path. It is about making choices that secure the future even when they are painful in the present. President Tinubu has shown courage where others hesitated. That courage is already restoring hope and confidence in Nigeria,” he added.
The APC Chieftain further commended the President’s commitment to democratic ideals, rule of law, and inclusive governance, urging Nigerians to remain patient and supportive as the full benefits of the reforms materialize.
“As we mark this milestone, I urge all party members and Nigerians to rally behind Mr. President. The foundation has been laid. The next phase will be defined by consolidation and delivery. With continued focus, Nigeria will realize its full potential under his leadership,” he said.
