Hundreds of native authorities officers in Oyo State have urged Governor Seyi Makinde to run for president in 2027, saying his management may increase Nigeria’s financial system and enhance residents’ welfare.

Speaking to journalists after addressing the rally, Lawal famous the passion of the attendees.
“They came from all 33 local government areas to urge the governor to contest for the presidency.
“The decision is entirely his, but I have assured them their message will be delivered. At the right time, the governor will respond to the callings and expectations of the people.”
