Ahead of the 2027 presidential elections, President Bola Tinubu has emerged the presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) after polling 10,999,160 Votes to defeat his rival, Stanley Osifo who polled 16,503 Votes.
Former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim who served as the returning officer for the primary election, declared the results on Sunday, at the International Conference Centre,Abuja.
Anyim revealed that the election took place across 8,809 wards.
He went on to reveal that a total of 12,643,306 voters were registered for the exercise, while 11,069,756 were accredited to vote and 11,015,665 voted to Poll the results.
