The Federal Government-backed 3MTT programme has opened applications for the 3MTT Talent Registry, giving Nigerians access to 3,000 available tech jobs with a minimum monthly pay of N150,000.
The opportunity is being coordinated through the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) initiative in partnership with Skill Ladders and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
According to information shared by 3MTT Nigeria, the programme is designed to help participants move directly from training into paid employment opportunities. The organisers said the Talent Registry serves as a bridge between learning digital skills and getting hired.
The 3MTT journey “doesn’t end at training” but ends with a paycheck, encouraging trained participants to complete their assessments and unlock job opportunities available on their dashboard.
The programme advertisement revealed that successful applicants can access roles paying at least N150,000 monthly, while over 3,000 job openings are currently available through the platform.
Applicants are expected to complete five major steps before gaining access to the opportunities.
The first step requires candidates to log in and complete their profile on the Skill Ladders platform. After that, applicants are expected to choose a skill assessment linked to their preferred field.
The third stage involves taking the selected skill assessment. Candidates who successfully complete this stage will then proceed to a role assessment designed to match them with suitable job positions.
The final stage is the earning phase, where successful participants can begin accessing employment opportunities and getting paid.
A separate instructional flyer released by the organisers explained that a user’s Skill Ladders dashboard unlocks available job opportunities after all required assessments are completed.
The application deadline for the current phase has been fixed for May 14, 2026.
The programme is part of ongoing efforts by the Federal Government to expand Nigeria’s digital workforce and connect trained young Nigerians with employment opportunities in the tech ecosystem.
Interested applicants can begin the process through the official Skill Ladders and 3MTT platform before the deadline closes.
