May Edochie, the estranged spouse of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has taken authorized motion towards her former brother-in-law’s estranged fiancée, Yinka Theisen.
On her Instagram web page, she shared a screenshot of her stop and desist towards Yinka for cyber stalking, cyber bullying, gaslighting, malicious falsehood, public shaming and defamation.
Through her attorneys, May demanded that Yinka desist from making or publishing any additional defamatory or malicious statements towards her, withdraw her posts or publications, problem a transparent apology, and publish a full retraction.
Her attorneys additional demanded that Yinka make cost of N500,000,000 as damages for the malicious publications made towards her.
This authorized motion is coming hours after May filed a go well with towards her former lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, accusing him of cyberbullying, defamation, and cyber stalking. She demanded N1 billion in damages as compensation for the alleged hurt prompted.
