APC Primary: Late President Buhari’s son floors opponent With 5,849 votes

Yusuf Muhammadu Buhari, son of Nigeria’s late former President Muhammadu Buhari, has won the All Progressives Congress primary election for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency seat in Katsina State.

Yusuf Buhari polled 5,849 votes to defeat Hon. Auwal Lawal Daura, who secured 21 votes in the exercise.

The result was announced at the end of the APC primary election for the constituency.
