The Bauchi State Government has released the official procedure for successful applicants to download their Civil Service appointment letters through its recruitment portal. The update was issued by the Office of the Head of Civil Service, Bauchi State, as part of the ongoing state civil service recruitment process.
Applicants who have completed the earlier stages are required to follow a structured process on the recruitment platform before accessing their appointment letters.
Procedure to Download Bauchi CSC Appointment Letter
- Login to your dashboard via the official portal: https://recruitment.bauchistate.gov.ng/applicant/login
- Pay for the CSC/TSC form and complete the required details
- Update your documentation on the portal
- Download the CSC/TSC form and take it to a nearby State High Court for stamping
- Upload the stamped CSC/TSC form back on the portal
- Wait for approval from the Civil Service authorities
- Once approved, download your appointment letter
- Proceed to your assigned MDA with all original credentials for final documentation
The government advised applicants to ensure all steps are properly completed to avoid delays in approval and documentation.
Officials also expressed appreciation to applicants for their patience and cooperation throughout the recruitment process, assuring that due process is being followed to ensure transparency and accuracy.
