Liverpool have confirmed that they have parted ways with head coach Arne Slot.
The Dutchman succeeded Jurgen Klopp at Anfield in 2024 and enjoyed a remarkable debut campaign, guiding the Reds to the Premier League title.
However, Liverpool struggled to build on that success during the following season, finishing fifth in the league table and ending the campaign 25 points behind champions Arsenal.
Following the disappointing title defence and an underwhelming season overall, the club has decided to relieve Slot of his duties.
