BREAKING NEWS: Celebrations As Supreme Court Hands Over Betting Control To States, Sets New Rules

On 22 November 2024, a 7-member panel struck down the National Lottery Act 2005. The case started when Lagos State challenged Abuja’s authority over games of chance.
