BREAKING NEWS: Iran President Pezeshkian Refuses to Give Up Uranium Enrichment Rights Ahead of US Talks

According to a report by The Times of Israel on Sunday, June 21, 2026, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said Tehran will not give up its right to enrich uranium, while expressing readiness to provide assurances that the country is not seeking to develop a nuclear weapon.

Pezeshkian made the remarks ahead of planned talks between Iranian and US negotiators in Switzerland, as discussions continue over Iran’s nuclear programme.
