Senator Adams Oshiomhole has recounted his experience with the investigation into the murder of his former personal assistant, claiming that conflicting reports from security agencies hindered efforts to uncover the truth.
Speaking in a video shared by Arise TV, Oshiomhole said the incident occurred while he was governor of Edo State. He explained that the investigations conducted by the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Police Force reached different conclusions, describing the reports as contradictory.
He said the conflicting findings left him disappointed and unable to seek justice effectively. Oshiomhole further alleged that although he believes he knows the officers responsible for the crime, he has been powerless to take any action against them.
