Call for Applications: NYSC Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) 2026

The Nigeria Youth Futures Fund, implemented by LEAP Africa, has announced applications for the NYSC Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) 2026, a leadership and policy development programme designed specifically for serving NYSC corps members.

The initiative is focused on equipping participants with practical skills in leadership, policy advocacy, research, and community-driven problem solving. It aims to position young Nigerians as policy-ready leaders capable of designing and implementing solutions that address real challenges within their host communities.

Programme overview

The NYSC Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) combines both digital learning and hands-on experience into a single pipeline. Participants will go through a structured process that includes:

• A Digital Policy Advocacy Academy for large-scale learning
• An Innovation Lab for practical, solution-driven engagement
• Real-world exposure to policy development and implementation

This integrated approach ensures that corps members do not just learn theory but also apply their knowledge in meaningful and impactful ways.

Programme benefits

Participants selected for the programme will gain access to:

Eligibility

The opportunity is strictly open to:

• Serving NYSC corps members
• Batch A Stream 1 and Stream 2, 2026

Applicants outside this category will not be considered.

The deadline for submission of applications is 31st May 2026.
