Nearly three years after former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau alleged a link between Indian officials and Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s killing, the Canadian Police on Wednesday said their probe has found no proof that Indian government agents were involved in the Khalistani separatist’s murder. The clarification came as the United States’ indictment named gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar as the masterminds behind the pro-Khalistani leader’s assassination in 2023.
