In a goodwill message, Governor Fintiri, on behalf of the government and people of Adamawa State, described Boss Mustapha as a distinguished public servant, statesman and bridge-builder whose contributions have impacted Nigeria’s development.
The Governor commended his commitment to national unity, describing him as a detribalised Nigerian who served the country with integrity, wisdom and a strong sense of responsibility, particularly during critical periods in the nation’s history.
