Gov Yusuf urges intending pilgrims to be good ambassadors as he donates 200 Riyals to each pilgrim

Kano State Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has urged intending Pilgrims to be good ambassadors of the state in the Hajj exercises of 2026.

The governor made the appeal at the Hajj Camp while attending a practical demonstration of the Hajj exercises to the intending Pilgrims.

This was contained in a statement issued by Mustapha Muhammad, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, on Sunday.

The governor, represented by his deputy, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, stated that behaviour reflects the society a human being belongs to.

” You are going to a land where millions of Muslims from all over the world will gather. Let your conduct reflect discipline, humility, brotherhood, and the true spirit of Islam. Abide by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and follow instructions from your officials,” the Governor has said.

He also donated 200 Saudi Riyals to each pilgrim, a way of showing concern to the plights of the pilgrims at the Holy land.
