The Edo State Government needs to tell most people that His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, Governor of Edo State has permitted the structure of the Edo Carnival Planning Committee, to plan, manage and execute a befitting Carnival within the State. Membership of the Committee are as observe:

Commissioner for Education
(iii) Hon. Osiobughie Okhuemoi – Member
Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity
(iv) Mr. Jackson Isangofon Monday – Member
Special Adviser to the Governor on New Media
and Visual Communications
(v) Deborah Okunbo – Member

The phrases of reference of the Committee are as observe:
(i) To develop a complete occasion plan.
(ii) To work in collaboration with the Lead Organisers of the Edo Carnival (Peak Rendezvous Entertainment Global Ltd), to make sure a clean and befitting occasion.
(iii) To drive partnership and collaboration with stakeholders within the leisure business inside and out of doors Edo State.
(iv) To liaise with well-meaning people and Corporate Organisations inside and out of doors Edo State to safe sponsorships for the Carnival.
(v) To characterize the pursuits of the Edo State Government within the planning and execution of the Carnival.
