Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), through its banking subsidiary GTBank, has begun notifying shortlisted candidates for its entry-level Graduate Trainee Programme, inviting them to proceed to the next stage of assessment.
In an email sent to applicants, GTBank confirmed that selected candidates have been shortlisted to participate in an online assessment as part of its recruitment process. “We are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted to participate in a 20 minute assessment comprising 20 questions,” the notice read.
The bank scheduled the assessment for Monday, May 04, 2026, at 5:00 pm, directing candidates to access the test through a dedicated portal provided in the email communication.
Nigeria Startup News reports that the development signals progression in GTCO’s annual intake process for entry-level talent, with shortlisted applicants now expected to complete the timed assessment as a key screening stage. Candidates were advised to check their email for specific access details and instructions.
