GTCO RAISES N10 BILLION IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (“GTCO” or the “Company”) has obtained the approvals of each the Central Bank of Nigeria (“CBN”) and the Securities and Exchange Commission to undertake a personal placement of its peculiar shares, topic to the fulfilment of the relevant situations precedent and regulatory necessities.

“The Company has entered into an arrangement, in connection with a best efforts private placement for gross proceeds of up to ₦10 Billion from the sale of up to 125,000,000 of the ordinary shares of the Company at ₦80 per share”.
