The House of Representatives has adjourned its plenary session until July 7, 2026.
This was announced on Thursday by the Speaker of the House, Tajudeeen Abbas.
According to him, the adjournment is to mark the end of the legislative year and to review other constitutional amendment proposals, which will be the first item they vote on after their recess.
