ABA, Nigeria – In a chilling revelation that has shaken Nigerians, a two-year-old woman trafficked from Abuja to Aba for simply ₦100,000 has been rescued in a dramatic operation led by the Abia Command of the Nationwide Company for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Individuals (NAPTIP).
The little woman, renamed Chiamaka Favor (alias), was allegedly bought by a human trafficking syndicate working between Abuja and Aba. In keeping with an announcement launched on Friday, Might 9, 2025, the rescue mission was made potential following the arrest of a major suspect by operatives of the Division of State Companies (DSS) in Abia State.
