A Nigerian man, Uzoma Samuel Anyanwu, has lamented that his wife left him six months ago, taking their two children with her.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, July 9, 2026, Uzoma claimed to have been denied communication and access to his children despite involving the police and law institution.
According to the father of two, his ordeal began in January 2026 when he returned home from work to discover that his wife and children had left and all efforts to reach her have been unsuccessful.
Expressing frustration, he noted that the situation left him in dire pain as involving the police has only made locating his children slower and more costly.
“Public Notice !!! The one I loved and building our beautiful lives together has decided to part ways with me,” he wrote.
“This happened in January this year 2026. Six months has passed no traces of her reconsidering the actions she took.
“I am in dire pain these days, I have endured for some months thinking I can get over this whole mess gradually or resolve the issue within the family.
“The more I engage the Police and Law institution, the slower and more costly it becomes to locate my children or get justice.
“Her family shows no responsibility and everything looks like an organized adoption of my children between her and some family members, reasons she has yet to tell.
“In January my wife left our home with our two children David and Obinna till date all efforts to reach her seems too difficult or impossible.
“On that day she called and asked if I was coming back already because she knew I went to do some work at Ikeja and my return could be in the evening which I confirmed to her.
“By the time I got home in the evening I met the house scattered lots of things not in place, it looks like a joke until the following day I can’t still find them even from neighborhood.
“I NEED REAL HELP … Six months plus I haven’t seen my children.”
