A TikTok user asked actress Toyin Abraham about her marital status Nollywood.
In the comments section of one of her TikTok posts, the fan named Oganla Lantern asked if everything was okay between the movie star and her actor husband, noting how long it had been since the two had been together.
“Hope there are no problems between Toyin and her husband? They are hardly seen together.
Surprisingly, Toyin replied to the fan, urging him to come to her house to satisfy his curiosity.

Like any celebrity’s marriage, Toyin’s marriage to Kolawole was marred by scandals. Back in 2023, her colleague Wumi Toriola responded to reports that she was having an affair with Kolawole. Ummy refuted the report and questioned why people are so obsessed with tarnishing the image of others and constantly creating grudges.
In 2022, there were speculations that there was an internal crisis between Toyin and Kolawole due to Toyin’s stance on certain family issues. Toyin’s husband had complained about her attitude, her refusal to go to church with him and that she would not sleep at home for days. However, the couple denied the reports and proved that their relationship is still going from strength to strength.
In an interview with Media Room Hub, Toyin vowed to never leave her husband because she could not imagine life without him. However, she found comfort in knowing that her marriage was arranged by God and she no longer had to fear.
Toyin later strongly warned Nigerian women to stay away from their husbands. She had a strong condemnation for all those who wanted to become her concubine.
