Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Kumchacha, has claimed he had a dream in which Chairman Wontumi died in Nsawam Prison, urging the NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman’s family to pray for him following his 20-year sentence in the Samreboi illegal mining case.
“His family and loved ones should pray for him. God revealed to me that if care is not taken, he will die in prison next year. I saw it clearly in my dream.”
“If God doesn’t strengthen him, around December to January next year, he will die. All my dreams come to reality and I’m certain this will happen this time too.”
“In the dream, I saw that Chairman Wontumi collapsed and died while being rushed to the hospital,” Kumchacha said during an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM monitored by ibynews.com.
The disclosure follows a familiar pattern for the Heaven’s Gate Ministries founder, who last week shared a similarly detailed dream claiming Ghanaian socialite Abu Trica would collapse and die following his extradition to the United States, a claim he likewise followed with prayers for the individual’s protection.
Kumchacha’s latest prophecy only adds to a growing list of prophetic claims surrounding Chairman Wontumi since his conviction, including an earlier prediction by Prophet Roja that resurfaced online, in which Roja claimed in October 2025 to have foreseen Wontumi being jailed for 15 years, a figure that differs from the 20-year sentence actually handed down.
