Al Jazeera announced on Saturday that its cameraman was killed in an Israeli strike targeting a home in central Gaza in the latest violation of a ceasefire agreement in effect since October 2025.
“Al Jazeera Mubasher cameraman Ahmed Washah was killed in an Israeli air strike targeting a residential home in the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza,” said the Qatar-based news channel.
