KNUST Student, Street Preacher Clash Over Early Morning Noise Infront Of Hostel, Nearly Exchange Blows

A heated confrontation has broken out in the early hours of Friday between a KNUST student and a street preacher after the student came down from his hostel to protest against loud preaching disrupting residents’ sleep.

According to accounts circulating alongside the video, the student accused the preacher, seen dressed in a light blue outfit and holding a microphone connected to a portable speaker, of disturbing residents with the volume of his early morning sermon.

The confrontation escalated after the student reportedly switched off the preacher’s speaker in an attempt to end the disruption.

The preacher, visibly upset by the gesture, is said to have turned the speaker back on, reigniting the argument between the two men on the street outside the hostel.

The exact location, the identities of those involved, and the full resolution of the dispute have not been independently verified. It also remains unclear whether hostel authorities, campus security, or any other party intervened to resolve the disagreement.
