Peter Akpanke, who represents Obanliku/Obudu/Bekwarra Federal Constituency of Cross River State, introduced his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Professor Paul Nnamchi, representing Enugu East/Isi Uzo Federal Constituency, additionally left the Labour Party (LP).
