Nasir El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna State, has appeared at the Federal High Court in Kaduna to answer to new allegations brought by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission, or ICPC.
He was charged with financial offenses and the conversion of public property by the ICPC.
The ICPC filed a revised nine-count accusation against the former governor, which was followed by new legal actions.
The former governor has been detained by the ICPC, according to the DAILY POST.
