The National Council of Nigeria Muslim Organizations (NCNMO), USA, in collaboration with the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union, (IEDPU), United States of America, have announced plans to organise a three-day free medical and surgical outreach in Ilorin, Kwara State.
The outreach is scheduled to hold from May 30 to June 1, 2026, at the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital (KWASUTH-General Hospital), located along Surulere Road, Ilorin.

According to the organisers, the medical outreach will provide free consultation, treatment and medication to residents between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
SolaceBase reports that the programme will also feature specialised medical services, including cataract surgeries, hernia repairs, breast lump excision, fat deposit excision and dental services.

The organisers said the initiative is aimed at improving access to healthcare services and supporting underserved members of the community through free medical interventions.
Several medical and humanitarian organisations are partnering with the outreach, including the Ilorin Emirate Medical Doctors Group (IEMDG), Sakinah Medical Outreach, Precious Sights Foundation, IMAN-Abeokuta, UNIFEMGA, Bond Chemical and KWASUTH.

Residents of Ilorin and surrounding communities have been encouraged to take advantage of the exercise to access quality healthcare services at no cost.
