The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has zoned its 2027 presidential ticket to the south.
Naijaonpoint reports that this was disclosed on Monday by an elder statesman and member of the party, Buba Galadima, during an interview with Channels Television.
According to him, there is no mincing words about which zone the NDC presidential candidate for the 2027 elections would come from, as the party has ceded its ticket to the south.
On the issue of submission of the membership register to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Galadima assured that the NDC would not miss the prescribed deadline.
He stated that the party would submit its membership register to INEC either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
