Footage shows water forcefully surging up from what appears to be a broken section of underground infrastructure near a roadside, with bystanders, including children, gathering to observe the phenomenon as traffic continued nearby.
While described online as mysterious, such incidents are typically linked to burst water mains or damaged underground pipe infrastructure, a common occurrence in many cities with ageing water distribution systems.
