The Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Bayo Ojulari, has alleged that his life and people of senior administration workers are below critical menace as a consequence of ongoing reforms within the oil and fuel sector.
