The Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Financial system, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola, CON, has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic dying of Dr. AbdulRauf Adekunle Adeniji, fondly generally known as “Kongo”, who was kidnapped and murdered by his captors in Abuja.
