The Presidency on Wednesday said the Renewed Hope National Media Tour continued in Kogi East with an inspection of the ongoing 60-kilometre Odolu–Ogale–Enugu Road in Ottutulu Community, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.
In a post on its official X handle, the Presidency described the project as a critical infrastructure initiative designed to improve connectivity across the Kogi East Senatorial District.
“The Renewed Hope National Media Tour continued in Kogi East with an inspection of the ongoing 60-kilometre Odolu–Ogale–Enugu Road in Ottutulu Community, Dekina Local Government Area, a critical infrastructure project improving connectivity across the district,” the post read.

The Presidency said the road is currently under construction and is being upgraded with laterite surfacing and concrete drainage systems to improve its durability and ensure all-season accessibility.

According to the Presidency, the project will significantly improve transportation and economic activities in the area upon completion.
“Upon completion, it will enhance the movement of people and goods, strengthen links between communities, and support economic activities across Kogi East in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda,” the statement added.
