The House of Representatives has summoned the service chiefs and the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu, over the rising cases of insecurity across the country.
Naijaonpoint reports that the resolution was passed during Tuesday’s plenary after the adoption of a motion sponsored by the lawmaker representing Gummi/Bukkuyum Federal Constituency of Zamfara State, Sulaiman Gumi.
The House directed the security chiefs and the NSA to appear before lawmakers to brief them on steps being taken to address the growing security challenges.
