Serial truce violator Israel kills 29 more Lebanese including women and children

Israel has killed at least 29 people, including four members of a family, and wounded 42 others in indiscriminate attacks on several towns in southern Lebanon, continuing its long history as a serial ceasefire violator.

The state-run National News Agency of Lebanon reported on Thursday that Israel killed four people and wounded nine in an attack in the town of Jibchit, where a residential building was destroyed.

In the town of Toul, Israel killed four people and wounded 11 others, with another residential building destroyed.

Two more people were killed in the town of Harouf, where a house was hit by an Israeli aircraft, the agency said.

Lebanese Health Ministry confirmed the fatalities, saying five women and two children were among the victims in the three Israeli attacks, while 23 others were wounded, including seven women and six children.

Another Israeli attack on Jibchit killed a family of four after their home was hit and destroyed.

In a separate strike in Toul, one person was killed, two others were wounded, including a girl critically, in the Israeli bombing of a residential house.

Israeli jets bombed the town of Zebdine, killing at least six people, NNA said.

The news agency also said another Israeli strike on the town of Shaabiyeh in the Tyre district killed two people and wounded one.

Two more people were killed and one wounded in Israeli air strike on Qana in Tyre.
