Singer Role Model says his desire is to be a single father to a baby girl and raise her by himself

Role Model has shared his hopes for fatherhood.

The “High Hopes 3000” singer revealed his vision for himself would not be the usual nuclear family where there are two parents.

“My dream has always been to be a single father, and to have a daughter,” Role Model told Jake Shane on the July 16 episode of Therapuss. “And to raise a daughter by myself would be really fun. Her name’s Winnie.”

As for his future family plans, the “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out” artist (real name Tucker Pillsbury) is open to having a surrogate.

“I want a daughter that’s ideally mine,” he added, “and then I thank whoever had it for me.”

As a dad, Role Model, 29, wouldn’t want to be a scumbag, although he’s considered whether his choices would “be destructive for the kid.” Elaborating on his fatherhood aspirations, Role Model explained, “I just want to raise a child by myself because then you can kind of just, like, mold them into your best friend.”

For now, the “Scumbag” singer has more pressing matters to attend to, preparing to release his latest album Chuck Timely & The Hourglass on August 7. He’s also been growing his relationship with Dakota Johnson, whom he was first romantically linked to in December.
While the couple has kept pretty hush about their romance—neither has publicly commented on their connection—they haven’t been shy about showing it off.
