Maverick singer and rapper, Speed Darlington, has expressed frustration over his current marital status, lamenting that he is still single in his 50s.
The Akpi crooner lamented that he has no wife or child despite approaching 60.
Speaking in a recent video broadcast, Speed Darlington said he wants more out of life than he currently has, stating that at his age, he should be happily married with children.
He lamented being close to 60 with no wife or child, questioning whether this was how he was meant to live his life, and noting that all he has to show for it is American papers, when what he truly wants out of life is family, freedom and respect.
It will be recalled that a few years ago, Speed Darlington publicly advertised for a wife, outlining a specific list of qualifications.
According to the list, his ideal partner had to be dark-skinned, between 18 and 23 years old, at least 5’8″ tall, weighing under 150 lbs, and fluent in both English and Igbo.
Years after the public advertisement, the singer is yet to find a wife.
