Iran has dismissed reports suggesting that it had once again closed the Strait of Hormuz after US-Iran talks in Switzerland were postponed following Israeli strikes in Lebanon, though a ceasefire was later agreed upon between Israel and Hezbollah.
In a statement, Iranian Foreign Ministry dismissed reports of closing the Strait of Hormuz, stating that commercial shipping continues through the strait, and Iran is adhering to the peace agreement it signed with the United States.
