A Nigerian man identified as @JahBlesssaint21 on X (formerly Twitter) has shared the heartbreaking aftermath of his cousin buying an iPhone 17 Pro Max for his girlfriend.
According to the X user, his cousin surprised his girlfriend with an iPhone 17 Pro Max as a birthday gift.
Man Speaks On Cousin’s Birthday Gift To Girlfriend
Overwhelmed by the surprise, she was extremely excited and announced it online.
However, three weeks later, the iPhone 17 Pro Max left his girlfriend’s possession.
According to his cousin’s girlfriend, she gave the iPhone to her brother after his phone broke down.
“Three weeks later, he noticed that the phone was no longer with her. so he asked her where it was.She told him she had given it to her younger brother because he needed a better phone for work and his old phone had stopped working“, The tweet reads in part.
However, his cousin was left upset and demanded to know why she didn’t inform him about it earlier.

As a result of an argument, the truth was uncovered.
It turned out that she handed the iPhone 17 Pro Max to her other boyfriend, contradicting her earlier claim that she had handed it to her brother.
