Last week, disc jockey, Dorcas Fapson, shared a sweet moment of he meetup with the king of England. She said they had a nice chat about the entertainment industry, her foundation, and he said Naija Jollof rice wins.

Similarly, DJ Cuppy shared photos of herself with the King Charles, revealing that she was on ambassadorial duties.

When Cuppy had became an Ambassador of King Charles Trust International, her proud father, Femi Otedola praised her for representing Africa as he noted how she was going places.

The disc jockey had caused a stir online with her dressing for the late Queen of England’s Platinum Jubilee party, to celebrate her 70th reign on the throne. The disc jockey played dress-up for one of the events which she graced and her outfit for the event was what caught the attention of many, who compared it to a modern-day nursing outfit.

In 2022, there was a shockwave across the world when it was announced that King Charles’ mother, Queen Elizabeth, had died at the age of 96.

Paying her tribute, Cuppy revealed the true personality of Queen Elizabeth. She described the Queen as selfless, forced to serve her country, with no choice but to matter. She, however, carried out her royal duties gracefully until her death.

Crossdresser James Brown shared a video of himself on his verified Instagram page, wailing as he mourned the death of his mentor. He said his heart was bleeding because the woman he looked up to had left him in this wicked world.

Shade Okoya, the billionaire wife of businessman Razaq Okoya, revealed that the Queen’s death came as a shock to her and her family. Praying for the royal family, Shade noted how the Queen was a beacon of high eloquence and earthly appeal.

Skitmaker Cute Abiola held an 8-day Fidau prayer for the late Queen.

Gospel singer Tope Alabi released a tribute song in honour. She released a video collating photos of the Queen to a composed song in her honour, an act many of her followers didn’t appreciate.

Queen Elizabeth was Britain’s longest-reigning monarch and the nation’s figurehead for seven decades.

Her family had rushed to be by her side at her Scottish home, Balmoral Castle, after doctors expressed concern about her health. She had been suffering from what Buckingham Palace had called “episodic mobility problems”, forcing her to withdraw from nearly all her public engagements.

With this, her eldest son Charles, who was then 73, automatically became king of the United Kingdom and the head of state of 14 other realms, including Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
