The Delta State Police Command has arrested Ifeanyi Ogbonna, the Asaba-based content creator known as Odogwu, for allegedly raping a 20-year-old woman.
Ogbonna, 40, was reported to have lured the victim, Favour Agbro, a nursing student, to Asaba under the premise of mentoring her in content production.
He allegedly brought the lady into his hotel room, where he tormented and raped her.
Favour, who was frightened by the claimed attack, made a video of her encounter before drinking insecticide. She is said to have died while receiving treatment.
Bright Edafe, the Delta State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, also verified Ogbonna’s arrest in a post on his X page.
