The coordinator, Don Igbokwe, claims that after successfully launching the City Boys Movement throughout Abia State’s wards, local government, and three zones, the movement is now in a position to persuade voters to elect President Bola Tinubu to a second term.
Under the direction of Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, the City Boy Movement, Abia State Chapter, is the most well-organized and structured pro-Tinubu movement.
“With the successful inauguration of all LGA coordinators, executives, and polling unit teams, the chapter has built a strong and fully functional grassroots network across the state,” Igbokwe stated in a phone interview on Wednesday.
Additionally, he stated, “The movement is non-violent but uses moral persuasion to appeal to Abia youths in particular to see reasons to vote for the President to return him to power for a second tenure to enable him to complete his good works in the state in particular and the south east in general”
Igbokwe outlined the President’s contributions to the state and the Southeast, including the establishment of the EEDC and the South East Development Commission.
He declared, “If Abians will listen to and support this, we will be at the center of Tinubu’s government, and our youths will benefit from more packages and development initiatives.”
Thus, he exhorted Abians to support the cause and win the President’s reelection to a second term.
