President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on his birthday, describing him as a distinguished academic, technocrat and committed party leader.
Yilwatda, who also served as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, marked his birthday on Saturday, August 8.
The President, in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on Saturday, commended Yilwatda for his contributions to the development of the APC and the strengthening of its organisational structures.
Tinubu said the APC chairman’s experience and intellectual depth had continued to contribute to the party’s efforts to provide effective political leadership.

The President also praised Yilwatda for promoting unity among party members and advancing the shared vision of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
