As Nigeria marks the third anniversary of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Director of the City Boy Movement (CBM), Kogi State Chapter, Hon. Ogah Mark Okpanachi, has commended the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, describing it as a transformative policy framework that is gradually repositioning the nation for sustainable economic growth and development.
In a statement released to commemorate the milestone, Hon. Okpanachi noted that despite the challenges associated with implementing far-reaching reforms, President Tinubu has demonstrated remarkable courage and leadership in undertaking critical policy measures aimed at stabilizing the economy, strengthening governance, expanding infrastructure, and laying the foundation for long-term national prosperity.
According to him, the impact of the administration’s policies is becoming increasingly visible across various parts of the country, particularly in Kogi State, where several strategic federal projects are expected to accelerate economic growth and improve the quality of life of residents.
He specifically highlighted the approval of the Lokoja International Airport, the establishment of a Free Trade Zone, and the Agricultural Processing Zone as landmark initiatives capable of transforming Kogi State into a major investment and commercial hub.
“These projects have the potential to attract both local and foreign investors, create employment opportunities for thousands of youths, stimulate economic activities, and enhance the state’s contribution to national development,” he stated.
The CBM Director also praised the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, noting that his administration has maintained a productive working relationship with the Federal Government to ensure that Kogi State benefits maximally from the opportunities created under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Hon. Okpanachi observed that Governor Ododo’s commitment to infrastructure development, healthcare improvement, educational advancement, agricultural expansion, security enhancement, and youth empowerment aligns closely with the developmental vision of the Tinubu administration.
He said the governor’s efforts have continued to provide an enabling environment for growth, investment, and socio-economic progress across the state.
He further emphasized that the partnership between President Tinubu’s administration and the Kogi State Government represents a significant pathway toward accelerated development, economic recovery, and improved living standards for the people.
Calling on citizens and stakeholders to support government policies designed to promote national growth and unity, Okpanachi stressed that nation-building requires patience, resilience, and constructive participation from all segments of society.
“As we reflect on President Tinubu’s three years in office, there is every reason to remain optimistic about the future. The reforms currently being implemented are expected to yield even greater dividends for Nigerians and particularly for the people of Kogi State in the years ahead,” he said.
He concluded by offering prayers for divine wisdom, strength, and good health for both President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo as they continue to provide leadership and pursue development initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of Nigerians.
