Actress Tonto Dikeh has unveiled a church support initiative to commemorate the birthday of clergyman Pastor Jerry Eze.
Dikeh announced the initiative through The New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle, saying it would provide assistance to churches in need of structural renovation and essential equipment.
In a statement shared on Facebook, the actress said the project was designed to reduce physical challenges confronting churches and enable them to focus on their religious activities.
She said the initiative seeks to “repair and strengthen altars in our communities” while providing support to churches with infrastructure and equipment needs.
“To honour our father and man of God, Pst Jerry Eze’s Birthday, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle is aligning with heaven to repair and strengthen the Altars in our communities,” Dikeh said.

She added that the initiative would support churches through renovations and the provision of vital equipment.
“We are stepping in to support and uplift churches through structural renovation or vital equipment, lifting a physical burden so the work of the Kingdom can break forth without limitation,” she said.
Dikeh invited churches seeking assistance to submit details of their facilities and the specific support required.
Applicants were asked to provide clear photographs of their existing facilities, alongside information on their exact location, structural challenges and material shortages.
They are also expected to submit a Bill of Quantities and estimated cost of the materials required for the proposed work.
The actress said the selection process would not be based on personal relationships or favouritism.
“Please note that we are not choosing by human favouritism but strictly as the Holy Spirit directs,” she stated.
The actress had initially unveiled a new spiritual movement, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT).
Announcing the development via a post on her Instagram page, Dikeh described NWPT as an interdenominational altar and “global movement of consecrated believers called to experience the raw power, purity, and presence of God,” anchored on the biblical passage in Mark 2:22, which reads, “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins.”
