US President Donald Trump has appointed former US Attorney General Pam Bondi to a White House advisory committee focused on artificial intelligence, Axios
reported.According to the report, Bondi will be charged with facilitating coordination between the government and tech titans.
The report added that she will also serve a new advisory role on national infrastructure.
The panel is chaired by former White House adviser David Sacks and White House science adviser Michael Kratsios, the report said.
In early April, US President Donald Trump fired Bondi as Attorney General, in a move that came after backlash and criticism of her handling of disgraced sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s files.
