Authorities at the Bole Senior High School in the Savannah Region have launched an investigation into a serious allegation involving a science teacher and a final-year student, following the circulation of a leaked video on social media.
The incident, which has sparked widespread concern within the school community and beyond, reportedly shows the teacher engaging in inappropriate conduct with the student in one of the school’s science laboratories. Watch D Video Here ➤
School management has since confirmed that it has taken immediate steps to establish the circumstances surrounding the video and to determine the identities of those involved.
The Headmaster of the school, in a brief response, noted that disciplinary and safeguarding procedures have been activated in line with the Ghana Education Service (GES) code of conduct for teachers.
The Ghana Education Service is also expected to be notified to support further investigations and take any necessary administrative action depending on the outcome of inquiries.
Meanwhile, parents and stakeholders in the Bole community have expressed concern over the alleged breach of professional ethics and the safety of students within the school environment.
