The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Olatunji Disu on Tuesday directed the impoundment of fully black tinted vehicles nationwide.
He made the disclosure during a courtesy visit of members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) led by the President Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN.
