Global Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr has officially set a date for her next musical era, announcing that her third studio album, Starr Girl, will drop in July 2026. Oyikansola Aderibigbe, better known by her stage as Ayra Starr, is an Afrobeats pop diva who has confirmed that her third studio album, “Starr Girl,” will be published in July 2026.
In a recent interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the singer disclosed this and talked about how hard she had worked on the project.
“I’m really happy of this body of work. My record, “Starr Girl,” will be released in July. For the first time in the interview, she declared, “I put everything into it, and I can’t wait for the world to hear it.”
After her debut album “19 & Dangerous” and her sophomore project “The Year I Turned 21,” the upcoming album will be her third studio release. Since the Afrobeats phenomenon hinted to the project in 2025, fans have been looking forward to the third album.
She also performed her most recent hit, “Where Do We Go,” which came out in March, while she was on the show.
The song comes after several releases in 2025, such as the summer hit “Hot Body,” the Grammy-nominated “Gimme Dat” with Wizkid, “Who’s Dat Girl” with Rema, and the Valentine’s Day Afro-R&B album “All The Love.”
